I have been face painting on children for years. It was initially a volunteer thing at the Britt Children's Festival in Jacksonville; children would come up for hours and ask to be a butterfly, a cat, or Spiderman. Since then I have taken some basic theatre make-up courses which, combined with my skills learned at the Festival, made for perfect opportunities to help with children's make-up in Oregon Conservatory of Performing Arts.
